Put on on your favourite bra, the one that makes YOU feel comfortable (DO NOT use a push up bra).
Using measuring tape, measure directly over your breasts, fullest part and all the way round (a).
And, measure under your bust and all the way round (b).
Write down the measurements.
how to measure you waist/hips.
Waist/Hips
Using measuring tape, measure your waist. Measure where you normally wear your pants/trousers and all around the back (c).
And, measure your hips. Measure the widest part and all the way round (d).
Write down the measurements.
